Why we do this
Marcus works in enterprise tech and digital, building complex systems for medium and large businesses. Jessica runs her own virtual assistant business and sees the other side every day: small business owners doing everything themselves, stuck with slow, one size fits all websites that don't do them justice.
It didn't sit right. The quality, attention to detail, and performance that big companies take for granted should be available to everyone. That's why we started Drifter Digital.

Why "Drifter"?
In 2022 we sold our house, packed up our van and hit the road full time. No fixed address, no office, just us and our dogs.
The name comes from the lifestyle. We drift from place to place, working from forests, beaches, and mountains with reliable internet wherever we go. Drifter Digital was born on the road, and that's exactly where it stays.

Off the clock
When we're not building websites, you'll usually find us outside. We've got two rescue dogs, Rory and Jeannie, who come everywhere with us. We love exploring new cultures, trying local food wherever we end up, and getting out on long hikes. Marcus also paraglides and kitesurfs whenever the conditions are right.
